Global IT Vendor Lenovo visit Greenlight Computers at Sci-Tech Daresbury

The Lenovo CSP team are an important cog in Greenlight Computers growth journey for 2024 and face-to-face quarterly sessions are a key part of the strategy and planning.

Tahmid Ahmed and Joel Wilson represented Lenovo with Gary Dodson and John Hayes from Greenlight Computers for an excellent session focused around how Lenovo and Microsoft can support Greenlight Computers to deliver exceptional IT Support to our existing and future customers.

We had some great discussions around enhancing response times, achieving best pricing and the continuous need to train staff in the latest technologies.

We also discussed the launch of Freelancer Protect, our flagship campaign to make freelancers cyber safe and no longer a cybersecurity risk to their clients.

Tahmid identified straight away how this strategy fits into Greenlight Computers primary sector of Life Sciences with its regulations and high demand for the maximum cybersecurity measures. The team discussed how Lenovo CSP could contribute to publicising and supporting this campaign and Greenlight Computers growth in general.

Working with a global brand like Lenovo can be tricky for an SME but Tahmid and Joel have helped us grow our Azure cloud deployments and provided significant productivity improvements for our customers.

The team at Sci-Tech Daresbury were very encouraged by Greenlight Computers ability to bring big corporate partners to the North and in particular this growing high tech campus.
