We discovered today that Manchester is a hot market for property investment deals despite the nervousness that exists around Brexit. Lead presenters CoStar provided analytical evidence that showed that Manchester was by some distance the fastest growing city in the UK outside of London, outstripping Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Bristol and others, as a key place to invest in property for both UK and foreign investors.
