Insider Media Investment Breakfast 13th February 2019
Simon Keegan – Editor @ Insider Media with Gary Dodson – MD @ Greenlight Computers
Insider breakfast seminars are regular events in Manchester and are always very informative, the event today on the state of Property Investment in Greater Manchester was no exception.
Growing an IT Outsourcing business like Greenlight Computers is far easier to achieve in a thriving ambitious city as opposed to a city where economy growth is at a slower pace. We discovered today that Manchester is a hot market for property investment deals despite the nervousness that exists around Brexit. Lead presenters CoStar provided analytical evidence that showed that Manchester was by some distance the fastest growing city in the UK outside of London, outstripping Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Bristol and others, as a key place to invest in property for both UK and foreign investors.
Another significant trend is the huge growth in start-up and co-working office space around the city, where investments are very much focused on the high-tech nature of Manchester’s start-up scene. Companies such as WeWork and Regus have invested in dynamic new space around the city. The link here gives an interesting insight. https://startups.co.uk/coworking-space-manchester/
So, why is this important to Greenlight Computers? Gary Dodson comments…
“Greenlight Computers IT Outsourcing solutions enable businesses to get the best from their IT throughout all stages of growth and development, and where better to start than at the very beginning of that journey. By deploying the right basic IT tools and cyber security protections at start-up, we play a significant part in helping businesses succeed in achieving their full potential. Simply things like setting up O365 email packages, building starter websites, selecting the appropriate computers and providing hosted VOIP telephony, all services that form just a subset of the Greenlight Computers Start Right Checklist for IT.
Our company strategy is to work with clients at the earliest of stages, growing as they grow for mutual benefit.”
Thank you again Simon & the team @ Insider for providing thought provoking business breakfasts that inspire.
