To provide an easy to use digital signage solution enabling the events team to keep visitors and tenants updated.



To provide an easy to use digital signage solution enabling the events team to keep visitors & tenants updated on the latest news, events & tenant information. Two screens were required to run wirelessly and enable updating via a web interface for ease of use.

Greenlight sourced the latest “state of the art” technology through a third-party company, whom we worked with to then source the correct screens needed for this project to be successful. Once the screens were sourced, Greenlight installed the screens as the client requested. Greenlight then installed the software onto both screens. Working on the portal we then made sure they were licenced and that the screens would display the information required. Working with the client we found the information they would like to be displayed daily. This was added to the screens and is now on show in the reception areas daily. We have also arranged training for client staff to get the most out of the digital screen solution they now have in place.

NCUK required a risk free migration of all IT services to private sector provision through a “single point of service”. A base IT Strategy was developed to ensure services migrated seamlessly to a new outsourced model. The services outsourced & migrated included: Broadband provision, LAN networking (switching & wifi), new firewall, email on O365, domain control & central data storage. The Greenlight helpdesk providing continuity for all services including those delivered by other 3rd parties and the University IT team.
