Matrix Healthcare Solutions needed a solution that allows them to get visibility on both Business and BYOD (Personal) devices on an on-going basis. The challenge with BYOD is the convincing of device owners to have intrusive agents on personal devices, along with ensuring the Business owned devices are kept in compliance.

Greenlight Computers advised Matrix Healthcare Solutions to deploy CyberSmart which is a cybersecurity solution that identifies system vulnerabilities on all devices, helps prevent cyberattacks and helps to provide continuous compliance in line with Cyber Essentials Plus the UK standard. Greenlight Computers had researched the market for the best vulnerability management tools during the Covid lockdown as the working from home revolution set in and staff operated predominantly outside the company firewall.

The CyberSmart tool makes compliance a more real-time and ongoing process rather than a single snapshot in time that the certification process is.  With its simple to follow resolution steps it empowers the user to resolve most vulnerabilities by basic housekeeping and Greenlight Computers is there to support the users where needed.
