IT Support

Greenlight Computers IT Support contracts focus primarily on the IT Infrastructure of our client business, encompassing on-premise, cloud and hybrid computing solutions. We focus on clients within a 10-mile radius of our offices or staff locations to ensure we can provide a super responsive service. With 80% of support being completed remotely & pro-actively, we still believe being available locally allows us to work most effectively with our clients.

The focal point of our IT Support service is the Single Point of Service help desk staffed by our 1st, 2nd & 3rd line technical staff monitoring client IT and responding to issues where required. When starting support with a new client Greenlight Computers invests heavily in learning about the client & their IT. Everything we discover is recorded on our cloud based ConnectWise support platform to enable staff to support the client effectively from day one.

We are confident in the quality of our IT Support services and as such are very flexible around the duration of contracts. The minimum contract term is normally 12 months with some clients preferring 3 or 5 year terms, typical notice periods are 3 months for our larger clients an as little as 1 month for the smaller SME. Trial periods at the beginning of contracts are normal and help both parties ensure they want to work together.

Cloud Administration

In 2017 Greenlight Computers launched a new service for clients for the administration and management of their software assets & licence renewals. Cloud administration is a growing problem for many businesses with most software now being on a Cloud subscription charging model.
