Windows 10 Launch Date Announced

Microsoft promised that they would launch Windows 10 sometime this summer. A few weeks ago AMD’s CEO, Lisa Su, revealed that it would be launched in late July.

July 29th has been officially announced as the launch date.

This is quite an aggressive timeline from Microsoft – the latest previews of the operating system still have a few bugs & incomplete features. Microsoft now has less than 2 months to sort out all the bugs and finalise its features list before it releases Windows 10 onto many users machines. Recent preview build have shown that progress is being made.

Windows 10 will be available as a  free upgrade for Windows 7 and 8.1 users. If you would like any information or need any advice on how the new version of Windows effects you, or may benefit you then please get in touch by calling us on 0161 883 1681, or use our contact form.
