To complete a full IT Outsource for the business previously supported by the University of Manchester internally. The businesses commercial goals required a more dedicated flexible solution to IT Services to enable future growth globally.
NCUK required a risk free migration of all IT services to private sector provision through a “single point of service”. A base IT Strategy was developed to ensure services migrated seamlessly to a new outsourced model. The services outsourced & migrated included: Broadband provision, LAN networking (switching & wifi), new firewall, email on O365, domain control & central data storage. The Greenlight helpdesk providing continuity for all services including those delivered by other 3rd parties and the University IT team.
