New services launched for 2007
Following successful trials in the field of education a new service for businesses and homes is being introduced from the start of 2007.
The new REGULAR VISITING service is a response to those people who prefer their IT services to be delivered on a regular timeslot each month. At the same time, eg. 5.00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, your Greenlight technician would arrive and deal with all of your issues and needs. This could simply be problem solving or may be a learning experience or the specification of a new media solution. The business model is based on those clients with multiple devices who have no problem if one device is out of commision, they can wait for the next visit.
The TRADING ESTATE CLUSTER service is a simple way of giving SME's on an industrial estate access to a virtual IT department on the estate. Businesses on an estate rarely interact and consider what service requirements they could share, we believe IT support is the ideal start of a shared service benefiting all parties.
The RELOCATION HIT TEAM service is being launched in Jan 2007 to support al those clients who need IT support when they move location. The hit team approach allows us to offer a highly skilled team of professionals to plan and deliver a move at short notice and with minimum disruption. Our mobile technical workforce are ideally placed to help you move with the minimum of technical risk.
We will update our news section in July 2007 with a review of the service from a clients perspective in the first 6 months of operation.
