M Postcode philosophy launched

August 2009 has seen the launch of our latest service innovation with the website www.mpostcode.com . The site is a direct response to the findings of the MIEReconomic review, where local inter trading was raised as a major development area for future prosperity of the city region.

The site went live 16th August with two objectives:

1. A open directory for B2B trading businesses, the pride of Manchester, to increase their visibility both locally & globally. The directory is non-alphabetical with a first in prime positioning approach.
2. M marketplace – our new initiative of creating a marketplace where central Manchester businesses can make themselves visible to others in the area. We hope it stimulates lots of inter trading locally and cuts the traffic coming in and out of town.

Other ares of opportunity are already emerging as entries begin.
