TRAILBLAZER AWARDS 2007 - Finalist trophy 
Greenlight Computers secured a runners up trophy at the presentation luncheon held in London restaurant "The Ivy".
The annual award sponsored by CPP & The Telegraph was for "innovation in the support of modern life" and Greenlights personalised computer support service was praised for delivering true customer care.
As everyday life becomes more computer dependent we focus on being the best we can at removing IT stress quickly & cost effectively.
Each of our mobile technicians operates, as far as possible, inside a 10 mile radius of their own home. This policy enables us to respond quickly, be cost effective, limit our environmental impact & offer a personal service. Once registered, our clients first point of contact, for FREE advice or to discuss their problem, is their regular technician who is already familiar with their computer setup and personal circumstances. In our opinion people have become weary of using helpdesks, of talking to helpdesk agents who change each time you call and who do not know you as a person.
