Regular preventative maintenance

Maintenance is a bit like insurance, why do I need it? But when your computer goes wrong it’s usually just when you need it most, never when you are on holiday. So why not let us help keep your systems running in top condition so you can get on with business.

  • Removal of viruses, malware and spyware, clean up all the internet rubbish that just somehow got onto your system.
  • Data storage - let us make a back up of your system, so we can quickly and easily restore your system to how you like it if things go wrong. This includes not only your documents but also user settings and viewdata emulator settings etc. for piece of mind
  • PC Healthchecks - once a year, especially if you notice things getting slower or add more equipment or software

With our Remote Assistance Package we can do all of these things and more and we don’t need to be sat in your office to do it. Using our Remote Assistance Package our engineers can work on your computer remotely outside working hours, day or night, and all without interrupting your day. Installations - It’s important to present a professional face to your business and we can help you with system upgrades, new monitors etc. helping to improve customer perception. You may be looking at a refit of your office and Greenlight can take care of the whole of the IT side of this for you. We will install new equipment, upgrade your existing equipment, install wireless, networks etc but only after talking with you about what you need and providing advice based on your needs and not our profit margins. As you may already know, the new WEEE mean that we all have to arrange for proper disposal of all of our old electronic equipment, including computers, monitors and printers. For any equipment you no longer need, we can arrange for Recycling - we'll clean your old equipment of any of your private data, and environmentally manage it’s disposal, legally.

Set-up and training   - Once you've invested in your equipment make sure you get the most out of it by ensuring it is set up in the best way for you and you know exactly how to use it to do what you want in the most efficient and compliant manner. We can help you with customised set-ups and training.

Computer lessons  - Greenlight can provide computer lessons tailored specifically to your needs .This can cover most things, from general computer use through to how to use some of the business packages (Microsoft Office;Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, SAGE etc). Learn how to manage your data, office processes, invoicing, mailings, marketing and sales materials compliantly and efficiently  (although we leave the travel industry software to your suppliers) . We want you to be able to solve those annoying little problems yourself and keep your technician away (but we know you love him/her really!)

We can design you a website, from simple one-page models to dynamic multi-function sites to enhance the presence of your business to the web. Many of the web sites on offer specifically to agents are simply copies of a standard site with a name change. These have proved to be less than cost effective to say the least.
