Regular visit services (NEW)

Our new regular visit service is most suited to those businesses with several PC's and who are comfortable to share IT in the case of breakdowns if one of the machines is playing up. We have also found that it is becoming popular with those businesses who prefer to see their technician visit at a regular time each week/month.

During his/her visit the technician can often perform a number of different services and perhaps a little coaching on specific issues of the month. It is normal for these regular visits to be scheduled several months into the future to allow for holiday planning not to disrupt the service. 

As an additional benefit of a regular visit arrangement your technician will maintain a diary record of what each visit has entailed to ensure the learning is continuous and any recurring themes resolved.  

The regular visit service model has been used very successfully in the schools market for several years as a way of ensuring the same security vetted technicians are used each time, we believe the same benefits can be seen by other businesses.
