Greenlight Computers is based upon over 40 years of experience managing some of the largest IT technician workforces in the UK and Europe. Our experience is derived from computer manufacturing, computer/telephony repair, IT mobile services and global IT service solutions. Our business looks to harness the flexibility of the "one man band" local technician and the security and support offered by the major organisation. Each of our local teams operates as a cell in an overall network allowing us to support your IT requirements as a single home user or major business client with equal efficiency. Our team
In the search for efficiency we have adopted a de-centralised approach to most of our activities, a small central office supports an ever increasing number of local technician teams around the North West. The central office will deal with initial customer contact to ensure the clients are registered in the core systems prior to handover to the appropriate local team. Our objective is that our technicians should operate within a 10 mile radius of their own home 90% of the time.
